J&A in 2026! A community-focused bookstore shepherded by an extroverted queer-woman who loves dogs, reading and people...probably in that order.

We are primarily a used bookstore, but love getting into all the things. We focus on fiction paperbacks, but carry hardcovers if we want the title and don't have it. Our non-fiction is varied with a little bit of everything (except gardening, text books and how-to). We carry a small selection of new books in store, but we place orders for new books weekly should you be looking for a specific title!

We carry used puzzles & games! We carry local vendor items on consignment. We sell Stevens-Ness legal forms if you're in a need of those. We host multiple monthly book clubs, a monthly crafting session, painting classes, and anything else we can think of in the moment.

If you're looking for a space to host a meetup, book focused or otherwise, we're here! Reach out and let us know your need and hopefully we can help out. In a real turn of events, we also have someone that is ordained and willing to perform marriage ceremonies.

Truthfully, we're pretty open to help solve problems if we can. Living is complicated enough, so if we can take a stressor away without causing stress upon ourselves, we're interested.
